Grief Recovery

Finding a Path Through Grief

Experiencing the loss of a loved one is one of life's most profound challenges. Whether you've lost a spouse, a child, a parent, or a cherished friend, the emotions that follow—heartbreak, confusion, and loneliness—can feel overwhelming. You may feel lost, unsure of how to move forward. While grief is a deeply personal journey, you don't have to walk it alone.

A Guiding Hand for Your Healing

Here, you'll find a supportive space to navigate your grief. My approach to grief recovery coaching is to offer compassionate support and practical guidance, all rooted in faith. We will work together to help you process your emotions, find a path to healing, and rediscover purpose in your life.

My goal is to provide a safe and understanding environment where you can work through the pain of your loss at your own pace. While distractions might offer temporary relief, true healing comes from facing your grief with support and moving toward a place of renewed hope.

The Grief Recovery Process

I use a structured, faith-based method called RESET, to help guide you through your healing journey. This process is designed to help you move from deep sorrow to a place of renewed strength and purpose.

We will work through 5 key phases, including:
  • Reflect and acknowledge the reality of your loss.
  • Embrace and process your emotions.
  • Shape and rebuild your identity.
  • Explore and discover fresh purpose for your next chapter.
  • Thrive and sustain your growth and momentum, while honoring the memory of your loved one.

I am here to help you take that next step toward finding hope and a new direction.
